As you may be aware the Company has instituted a new vacation scheduling policy that in our opinion contradicts the Collective Labour Agreement and the past practice.
We have spent the last number of days trying to mitigate this issue, but the Company has just informed us that they will continue with vacation scheduling according to how they interpret the Collective Labour Agreement.
We disagree with their decision and will be challenging it legally ASAP.
