    Jobs are posted for two weeks. Once the posting period has closed, employees will be contacted with job offers by the HR Team based on seniority. Employees that obtain positions will receive a letter confirming them into the role applied for. Movement into the confirmed positions is linked to the AOT training schedule and will be communicated at a later date.

  • Employees contacted with a job offer will have 48 hours to respond before the next candidate is contacted.

  • Once an employee accepts a job and begins training, they will not be eligible to apply for another position for a duration of 1 year after completion of their training and start date in the new job - as per the Transition Language
